Due to a retirement, we are currently accepting applications for the position of Administrative Assistant. This is a full-time position, working Monday through Friday. The successful candidate will work mainly in our Engineering Department.

Duties/Qualifications:  Duties will include answering the department phones and answering questions at the front counter.  Will type agendas and minutes for Boards and Commissions.  Acts as custodian of department records (filing and being able to retrieve documents as needed).  See attached Job Description.  2 years of related experience required. Must possess good computer and customer service skills.

Salary Range:  $22 to $26/hour, depending on qualifications.  

Hours:  Monday through Friday, typically 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
