2024 Revaluation

The Assessor's Office has completed a city-wide revaluation for 2024.  Please see the Revaluation FAQ's for more information and answers to many of your common questions.  The city’s goal was to conduct an accurate and transparent revaluation, which included bringing the land up to true market value. We appreciate your cooperation in the revaluation process and ask that you direct any property-specific questions to the Assessor’s Office at assessor@franklinwi.gov or call (414) 425-1416.

The preliminary 2024 assessment roll for the City of Franklin was open for inspection through November 8, 2024. It was also available in print format at Franklin City Hall over the same timeframe. The official Open Book period, as required by state statutes, was held on Wednesday, October 16, 2024, from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM.
