As a result of the State of Emergency due to the COVID-19 Virus, and to maintain social distancing, the City of Franklin Police Department has established the below form to report non-emergency incidents to the Franklin Police Department. During this period, and effective immediately, citizens experiencing the need to report non-emergency incidents to the Franklin Police Department are asked to fill out the below Online Request for Police Services Form. Once this form is submitted, an officer will contact the citizen via telephone to gather further information for a follow-up investigation, if necessary.

Once the form is completed and submitted, an officer will be assigned based on call priority and/or based on date/time of submission. All persons submitting an online report will be contacted by the Franklin Police Department.
