The Franklin Police Department values the positive relationships we have built with our citizens. We recognize the importance of establishing communication and working cooperatively towards common interests as we seek to provide the highest quality of service to our citizens. We have tried to accomplish this by encouraging all of our officers to spend time with you; responding to your concerns and discussing ways you can be safe.
Over the years a variety of crime prevention programs have become important facets of our community policing efforts, and several officers have been trained to implement them. These Crime Prevention Offices are supervised by a police captain and sergeant and are available to assist you with crime prevention concerns and available to conduct security surveys or participate in Neighborhood Block Watch meetings, Business Watch meetings, National Night Out events, child safety activities, etc. If you desire to speak with one of our Crime Prevention Officers, please contact one of them via the list adjacent or call the Police Dispatcher at 425-2522.
